RETURN POLICY-Clearance, mark down, accessories, undergarments, custom designs- All Sales Final
While we make every effort to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, we do understand that sometimes things just don't meet your satisfaction. Below is information you will need to be aware of if you decide you would like to return an item.
Exchanges/Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same sellable condition that you received it. This means that items must be unworn, free of stains and/or odor, The item must not be altered in any way. Original tags and bags must be included in return. All Authorized returns will be refunded in in the form of Store Credit sent via E-Mail. E-Gift Cards must be used within 3 months of issue date, We can not reissue lost Codes.
Returns are only accepted within 21 days of you receiving the product and they MUST be sent back within 21 days of your items original receive date.
To start a return, you can contact us at perfectlypaisley.service@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we can send you a return shipping label and deduct the cost from your return or you can mail at your own expense. You will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). *** ALL undergarments, sale items and or any marked down items at time of purchase including all Custom Orders are NON Returnable ** Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent an email with your credit. If any items appear worn or damaged you will not receive a refund and you will forfeit your item.
