Shipping policy

Shipping

• Shipping will be $7 flat rate for any order, free for orders over $100.
• We aim to ship your items within 3 business days. Sometimes when we have big order days it can take a little longer so please show my team some grace. You will receive an email with tracking when your order is being prepared, please note it will ship by the next business day. We want you to have orders in your hands within 10 business days but hopefully much sooner!
• Please note if you have selected FREE SHPPING and have items from multiple locations that need to be combined that it may take longer to process your order. (but usually still within 10 business days ;))  We try to keep our shipping costs down to continue to offer free shipping and so some of your items may ship to us with other local bulk orders and then we will combine with in store items to ship to you.
• The post office has to scan your package as it travels to you but we all know sometimes they don't and that is out of my control. If for whatever reason you don't receive your package after it has left the warehouse, contact USPS to file a claim then please email me or contact me and we will work out replacements or refund.
• Orders cannot be canceled or changed after purchase is made so please make sure your info is correct and you are sure about you order!  
• We currently only ship with in the United States & Canada.
